Document Adminstrative & Quality Assurance Specialist The candidate would be responsible for researching various issues to ensure client satisfaction, quality control, and compliance with custodial agreements. Review collateral files and researches client inquiries using exception reports. Works with client and internal contacts to determine the source of problems and correct errors. The candidate must work well collaborating as a team, while also working independently to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Contractor Management and Reporting (primary contact for BarPellam and the site, weekly reporting for all of DCS, managing referral resumes, opening requisitions, updates, audits, etc.). Card Access Administration (Assist in the identification and assessment of local training needs. Processing contractor time sheets and exempt time reporting, Various administrative tasks for DCS Operations. Quality Analyst. Participates in the development of training programs unique to assigned area. Execute strategic initiatives. Documenting easy to follow, yet detailed procedures and complete thorough training to staff.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Should have 5+ years of corporate trust, mortgage, or paralegal experience. Thorough knowledge of DCS procedures and practices is preferred. Superior customer service/relations skills is desired. Strong time management and organization skills is preferred. Ability to identify and resolve complex problems and to interpret data is desired. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills is preferred. Should have intermediate+ Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel (manipulating data, vLookups, etc.).
