Part-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal Duties: Helping client know that their case will be handled in a competent, professional manner. Reprioritizing and multitasking.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: College graduate preferred. Previous experience as legal or administrative assistant strongly preferred. Commitment to social justice and/or immigration issues also preferred. Must be completely fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish (prefer experience translating from Spanish to English). Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, and quick to learn other programs. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a dependable, highly organized individual and be able to multi-task. Must be able to actively reprioritize tasks depending on needs of firm. Must have great attention to detail/accuracy.
