Fiduciary Services Head
The candidate will oversee, motivate, guide and mentor team of trust professionals. Manage a small book of trust, estate and agency accounts for significant/key clients. Ensure all accounts within the Sioux Falls office are administered responsibly and efficiently in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures, legal requirements, governing instruments and with the highest level of client service. Communicate effectively with internal and external clients and their advisors on all trust and estate matters. Represent the South Dakota trust business both internally to Bankers and product partners, and externally to ultra high net worth clients, prospects and their advisors. Be a driving force for innovation in order to continuously improve our internal and external processes that can enhance the client experience. Assist with the review of new business opportunities in conjunction with our new business review team and opine on specific trust issues as appropriate. Play a leadership role with respect to internal audits and external regulatory exams. Participate in risk management committees. Stay abreast of and communicate to colleagues current developments in law. Coordinate closely with trust colleagues and bankers/partners in country and around the globe.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field. Advanced degree in law, finance or industry education desired. Should have minimum of 7-10 years of trust administration experience required. Must have strong knowledge and proven technical proficiency in the investment, legal, and tax issues relative to trust and / or estate management and administration required. Should have ability and proven history in managing, leading and coaching a team of trust professionals required. Strong communication skills required. Must have demonstrable change management and continuous improvement experience required. Proven presentation skills required. Should have excellent teamwork skills and ability to engage successfully with internal partners required.
