ProfileLegal Administrative Assistant The candidate provides administrative support to the Legal Department. The position is the point of entry representative of the of the Legal department to contacts from within and outside of the company. Assist with the development, implementation, and maintainance of systems and procedures addressing the administrative requirements of the department. Prepare presentations, reports, agreements, letters, and other legal documents for a variety of recipients. Assist in maintaining corporate records and filings for various Pinnacle Family entities. Process, enter, and track legal invoices and payments related to all legal matters. Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, staff meetings and conference calls, and distribute materials pertinent to the event. Coordinate travel and calendar case sensitive dates and activities. Prepare and review expense reports. Perform routine department management duties as required including responsibility for incoming calls, distribution of departmental mail (incoming and outgoing). Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Associate’s degree with a Business emphasis. Must have knowledge of, or working experience in the real estate industry preferred. Experience providing administrative support in a legal department or at the executive level preferred. Should have strong capabilities in software applications including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Act, email and electronic calendar maintenance. Must have exceptionally strong spreadsheet manipulation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
