Public Finance Project Manager - (Paralegal) The candidate will be organizing, coordinating and leading transactions for closings. Will be drafting legal documents resolutions, opinions and closing documents. Coordinating notices and hearings for public entities. Preparing of initial drafts of documents for attorney review. Participating in business development events and conferences. Performing legal research, manage initial major legal documents, manage due diligence process. Preparing and revising proceedings document per interested parties' input. Maintaining, updating and completing the transaction database information. Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is needed. California Bus. & Prof. Code Sec. 6450 compliant. Should have 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal in public finance or secured transactions, lending and finance preferred. Technical knowledge in a windows / office environment and ability to think actively and creatively about the use of technology within the department.
