Review:

"Very Traditional Firm"

Former Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

Management should hold more events throughout the year and allow more flexibility in terms of work scheduling. I'd also like to see the firm hire some younger attorney's to help balance this firm and make it a bit less traditional.

Pros : The health benefits are excellent and even though the firm is quite strict in terms of what hours you are expected to be there, I have found that I was never overburdened with work since there are always staff members to assist you.
Cons : Everyone is very friendly and cordial albeit a bit too serious at times which can be off putting if you are new to the field. I did find the starting salary to be on the low side. I really found the serious tone of this firm and lack of advancement to be very off putting.
