Management should hold more events throughout the year and allow more flexibility in terms of work scheduling. I'd also like to see the firm hire some younger attorney's to help balance this firm and make it a bit less traditional.Pros : The health benefits are excellent and even though the firm is quite strict in terms of what hours you are expected to be there, I have found that I was never overburdened with work since there are always staff members to assist you.
