The candidate will provides assistance to assigned legal matters pertaining to RSFH. Responsibilities include, without limitation: drafting, reviewing, filing, service, maintenance/management, and/or development of contracts, pleadings, subpoenas, agency/governmental filings, corporate and departmental policies and procedures, corporate records, and other legal documents and files; assisting/coordinating with RSFH attorneys, personnel, outside counsel, and external parties in the foregoing; administering contract management software and other legal databases; conducting legal research; and performing other duties as assigned. Bachelorï¿½s degree and/or certificate in paralegal studies. Must have 5 years of experience as a paralegal. Primary Source Verification (if applicable): N/A. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work effectively and independently, ability to prioritize and timely handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume work environment, ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of legal procedures and legal research is required.
