Project Assistant Duties: Entering and tracking data, monitoring files, organizing documents and working on special projects. Work with paralegals and attorneys on a litigation team.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Recent graduate from an accredited 4 year college or university who is considering law school or wants to learn more about the legal profession and is willing to work for 2 years. Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines; Ability to keep track of many details and tasks at the same time and adapt quickly to changing deadlines; Familiarity with using computers for organizing and maintaining documents and data; Strong communication skills and the ability to document and present information to paralegals and attorneys; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; and Ability to work occasional overtime to meet business needs.

"Very Flexible Firm"

I would like to see management implement small groups that will take care of worker reviews on a more regular basis so that employees know where they stand in the firm.

Pros : I found the pay to be excellent. I also thought that there was great flexibility in terms of allowing how each individual deals with their client. Everyone was very friendly as well.
Cons : This is a big law firm and being a big law firm there it can be quite arduous to figure out where you stand in the firm when compared to everyone else. I found this is be a somewhat small flaw in the grand scheme of things though.
