The candidate will join its dynamic M&A and private equity practice. Should have strong M&A skills, including experience with leading the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates and handling day to day demands on a variety of M&A related matters. Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.
