Compliance Specialist
Duties: Coordinates the company’s audit program at the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer and Manager of Compliance. Coordinates the company’s risk management activities (including risk assessments and required remediations) as directed by the Chief Compliance Officer and Manager of Compliance. Coordinates delivery of internal and external deliverables with stakeholders at every level in the company. Conducts legal research and presents findings to the Chief Compliance Officer and/or Manager of Compliance. Conducts pharmacy facility licenses renewals under the direction of the Manager of Compliance. Submits Annual Reports on behalf of the business under the direction of the Manager of Compliance. Assembles presentation materials for internal and external meetings as directed. Faxes, copies, and scans materials as directed. Maintains office files and shared documents as directed. Tracks and responds to subpoena requests in a timely manner and as directed.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required (paralegal certificate a plus). 2-3 years’ applicable experience with regulatory and audit experience in healthcare settings preferred. MS Office with strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Strong writing, editing, and research skills. Exceptional communication skills and appreciations of time sensitivity to deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail.
