Law Student Volunteer, Summer The intern will have Assignments include drafting responsive motions memoranda of law and dispositive motions. Interns will become familiar with Federal Rules of criminal and civil procedures and Federal Rules of evidence. In addition interns may attend disposition, meetings with agents accompany attorney to observe court proceedings. In addition the office attempts to identify appropriate matter for the intern to handle under the supervision of AUSAs. Third-year law students currently enrolled in a Juris Doctoral program will be considered. Must be a U.S. citizen and will be subjected a favorable credit check & background investigation prior to acceptance into the Minimum Weeks Required: Summer 280 hours/8 weeks Application Deadline: March 1.
