Duties

  • Leverage legal expertise to address a variety of client issues in a limited scope representation capacity.

  • Consult with clients over the phone, offering high-quality legal advice and services.
  • Deliver excellent client service with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of practical legal experience across a broad range of practice areas, such as consumer issues, debt collection, landlord-tenant matters, real estate, or trusts and estates (preferred).
  • Proven ability to work remotely and maintain a professional work schedule during standard business hours.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice-related software.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the State Bar of Georgia (required).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client consultations and documentation.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for addressing diverse legal issues.
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple client matters simultaneously.
