San Diego office of our client seeks staff attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will assist with various litigation tasks, including complaint writing, legal research, and discovery. Will prepare legal documents and pleadings, such as initial drafts of complaints, under the supervision of a partner. Research state and federal law relating to corporate law subjects, such as securities regulation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Assist with discovery efforts. Perform other duties as required by supervising partner. Knowledge of shareholder rights litigation is a plus. Must be admitted to the California Bar (Active and in Good Standing).
