• Create comprehensive plans for the distribution of assets
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings as necessary
• Negotiate on behalf of clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
• Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior partners to provide exceptional legal services

Requirements:

• Active member of the California Bar Association
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Experience in estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
