Our ideal candidate will have one to three years of broad experience and sophistication in employment law, with an interest in pursuing a practice focused on employment counseling and transactional work. This role will involve assisting with the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, financings, and other corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting transaction agreements, and advising on employee integration.
