Insurance Litigation Paralegal Duties: Gathering and analyzing of documents; Preparing documents for production; Preparing Orders of Production and/or Subpoenas to third-parties; Interaction with Firm personnel, outside counsel, external vendors and clients; Organizing case files and documents; Preparing standard form responses; Assisting with trial preparation; Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases; Supporting other projects as needed.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: 4+ years' Paralegal work experience at a law firm is required; Experience with insurance defense/first party property claims; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook; Self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple tasks.

In this law firm, clients are demanding and hours can be brutal. So, I advise to maintain work-life balance while working here. After gaining good amount of experience you can switch to new firm.

Pros : I must say that this firm has smart, polite, hard-working colleagues. By working here you can gain early experience on notable matters and cases. The management is transparent and it has open-door policy.
Cons : The downsides are passive-aggressive culture and difficult hours. The firm is big in size but does not pay according to that.
