Duties

• Represent clients in court hearings and before government agencies
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision
• Provide legal counsel on business and transactional matters, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes
• Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes effectively
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and standards
• Oversee administrative tasks related to case management and client relations
• Mentor junior attorneys and other team members

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in New Jersey (Pennsylvania license is a plus)
• At least 10 years of experience in litigation
• Expertise in Real Estate Law and Homeowner Association Law is preferred
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to build strong, professional client relationships
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Amicus Attorney is a plus
• Strong work ethic, motivated, and empathetic

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• New Jersey State Bar License (Pennsylvania Bar License preferred)
