What I would recommend to anyone who may be reading this that is working for the law firm. Do whatever you can to change the pay scale and salary increase reviews to be one in which merit is considered rather than an employee's popularity.Pros : Let's start with the good stuff. Everyone worked well as a group. We communicated throughout the firm when we had issues. We shared resources and I truly felt that we all scared about helping each other. We all wanted to see each other shine.
