Paralegal The candidate will support the administration of all legal matters, including contracts administration, board and shareholder actions, corporate compliance, intellectual property, investigations and litigation. Provides legal assistance to General Counsel and Patent Agent. Acts as liaison between outside counsel, organizations and employees. Assembles, drafts, analyzes and proofs contracts. Compiles data and legal research. Organizes and maintains legal files and prepares reports on status of contracts and litigation. Prepares and organizes legal documents. Processes documents for discovery and litigation. May review and ensure the company's compliance with regulations. May assist with the processing of patent applications and intellectual property spreadsheets. Must have paralegal certification and knowledge of software related to activities. Should have 5-8 years of experience as a paralegal, with corporate in-house experience a plus.
