Immigration Paralegal The candidate will primarily be involved with the preparation and submission of employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions, labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions, permanent resident applications, and U.S. citizenship applications. Will assist immigration attorneys in assessing immigration options for corporate clients, obtaining U.S. work authorization for foreign nationals, and maintaining valid visa status of clients’ foreign national populations. Other duties include: preparing labor certification documents; overseeing labor certification recruitment process; preparing letters in support of visa petitions; maintaining correspondence with clients. Collecting evidence and visa documentation from clients; conducting case audits; maintaining contact with government agencies; researching visa application procedures and requirements. Maintaining client databases with respect to approval and validity dates of visa petitions. Should have 10+ years of experience and Bachelor's degree. Should be fluent in Korean. Should be highly analytical with exceptional writing and communication skills. Experience in temporary work visas (including to L-1A, L-1B, E-2, E-1, H-1B, O-1), PERM labor certifications, immigrant visas (employment-based and family based), consular representation, adjustment of status application and U.S. citizenship. Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
