The candidate will work closely with clients on business immigration matters, including non-immigrant and immigrant visas. Will work in a team-oriented environment alongside other business immigration attorneys and staff, analyzing cases as well as supporting and advising clients in immigration program management and compliance. Be responsible for the accurate and timely filing of petitions and applications and may supervise the work of paralegal staff in document preparation. Experience working with immigrant and non-immigrant clients. Experience working with a team of attorneys and staff is essential.
