Paralegal Specialist The candidate will manage CRM database, provide effective reporting and engage with affiliates and internal stakeholders regarding this information. Serving normal business hours, will involve updating affiliate reports and client statuses to reflect status changes, will update records within CRM (Captorra, based off of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and provide effective data reports as needed. Analyzing various digital legal forms and documents from families across the country about their legal claim, as well as documenting the lead status in CRM. Accessing digital and physical documentation, working with stakeholders in the firm and providing exceptional attention-to-detail as cases are processed. Creating reports showing the status of pending litigation and ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed on client information. Responsibilities include: Downloading and delivering content from DocuSign and other third party software; Background in case management, preferably within CRM systems; Working to ensure 100% accuracy as cases move down the pipeline; Manually entering and updating case information into CRM; Some possible forecasting and data manipulation for the sake of projections; Other minor administrative tasks, as needed. Should have 2+ years of experience working within a lead management software, such as CRM (Preferably Microsoft Dynamics). Must have the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
