M&A Integration Attorney The candidate will be supporting the Corporate Development department and Business Units in integrating acquired companies worldwide. Actively engaging with other specialists in the legal and ethics & compliance departments to ensure the coordination of all activities of such department with respect to acquired companies. Engaging with other specialists across the Company to identify and resolve issues and work towards successful integrations in line with business objectives. Assisting in developing/refining M&A diligence and integration playbooks and processes. Depending on deal volume, assisting with diligence and/or deal acquisition documents and process. Providing legal counsel on a diverse range of matters related to Corporate Development and the M&A activities of the Company. Must have Undergraduate and JD degree from well-recognized institutions. Must be a member of a state bar and able to qualify as in-house counsel for the New Jersey Bar. Should have 10+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with at least a significant portion of that in M&A integration. Experience managing M&A integration projects from a legal perspective for a large, multinational corporation that is highly acquisitive. Law firm M&A experience is needed. In-house experience at a large, multi-national corporation in M&A and M&A integration working on complex acquisitions and integrations is must.
