  • Fluency in Spanish (required).
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Prior courtroom experience (strongly preferred).
  • Experience in immigration or criminal law (preferred); exposure to both areas is highly desirable.
  • A client-centered mindset with a focus on delivering empathetic and effective representation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized and accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Florida Bar (required).
