Wealth Advisor The candidate will manage individual, foundation, endowment and trust account assets and investment relationships consistent with the Investment Policy Statement objectives of the client and the criteria of the firm. Strong focus on managing client account retention though effective planning and portfolio management. Responsibility for presenting investment strategies to clients. Serves as the primary point of contact for client relationships. Serves as the primary point of contact with third party manager platform, mutual fund, ETF, alternative and annuity providers. Creates, directs and over-sees clients' financial investment portfolios. Manages staff updates and progress reporting, rebalancing of asset allocation model and recommendations for portfolio rebalancing. Over-sees and manages staff with respect to daily deposits/withdrawals, cash balances, and rebalancing the portfolio. Presents reports for client review meetings. Uses various tools to research and provide investment portfolio, life & disability insurance analysis for prospects. Consistently follows procedures to be compliant.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have an undergraduate Degree in Business (Accounting a plus). CFP, CFA, JD, or MBA preferred. Business experience of 5 or more years in the Wealth Management or Financial Services industry. Series 65 licensing required. Experience with Schwab Institutional, eMoney Advisor, Black Diamond, and other financial planning software tools preferred. Life and Annuity License. Thorough understanding of investment management. Strong knowledge of finance, economics and general business. Effective sales and relationship management/client services skills. Ability to effectively present investment strategies to clients. Ability to make critical decisions independently. Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills. Acceptable compliance record in prior position(s). Ability to work, efficiently, effectively, and independently in order to see projects through to conclusion.
