Pre-Litigation Case Manager The candidate's responsibilities will include: pre-litigation caseload; conducting file reviews and data entry; meeting deadlines, drafting correspondence and interacting with clients; posting entries to client accounts; confident phone and communication skills; greets and assists clients and visitors to ensure exceptional client service; supports staff in office; and other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 1 year of customer service office experience. Associate' and/or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Personal Injury /Law Firm experience is preferred. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail a must. Must have accurate typing speed of 45wpm required (Typing will be tested). Bilingual is a plus.
