Counsel - Resort Operations The candidate will review, draft and/or revise agreements relating to Resort Operations, including resort management, resort renovation and design, rentals and regimes. Will provide legal support on all Resort Management related issues, including documents and agreements relating to managed associations and other issues regarding operation of the resorts. Provide legal support to VP’s and resorts regarding construction, rentals, development, disposition and regimes. Draft, review, research and negotiate various corporate and transactional documents. Advise senior management in the evaluation of new products, services, relationships and business development opportunities. Performs other duties as needed. Must have Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school. Should be Admitted to Bar Association in at least one state and admitted as authorized house counsel in Florida, if not admitted in Florida. Hospitality experience a plus. Real estate experience a plus. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Proficiency in legal research, including applications, the Web and other sources required. Should have 3-5 years legal experience. Timeshare or association experience preferred.
