The candidate will be responsible to assist in-house law department with immigration support and employment litigation. Manage immigration visa and green card processes with outside counsel in a high volume setting. Serve as law department contact for HR and foreign workers regarding immigration matters. Maintain Department of Labor immigration compliance files. Support general employment and internal investigation matters. Must have a Bachelor's degree. 7+ years paralegal and/or HR experience is necessary. Knowledge of immigration law is strongly preferred. Knowledge of employment law is an asset.
