Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate The candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including drafting of briefs on critical motions, management of discovery, depositions and court appearances. Heavily concentrated in the litigation of a broad range of property insurance disputes, including those arising out of Hurricane Irma, as well as some coverage disputes under commercial liability insurance policies. May also provide some support for the firm’s health insurance litigation practice.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Candidate with superior academic credentials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. 2+ years of litigation experience. Law review experience and/or judicial clerkship experience are a plus. Excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience.
