Commercial Contracts Administrator The candidate will review, draft and provide input on various commercial agreements and amendments, such as non-disclosure agreements, consultant agreements, service agreements, software licenses and other terms & conditions. Will lead and participate in reviews and approvals, and assist with data entry and other organizational and administrative tasks.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree. At least 2 years administrative experience in a law firm or corporate office setting. Paralegal certification preferred. At least 1-3 year's experience as a contracts administrator or paralegal in a law firm or corporate setting preferred. Experience with the review and editing of NDA's. Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong ability to multi-task and thrive in a high volume environment. A high attention to detail. U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residence status may be required for certain positions.
