The Fairness Center, Inc. is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel with at least seven years of experience with federal litigation to represent the firm’s clients in complex, cutting-edge labor litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative bodies.

  • The firm serves clients in Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut who have had their constitutional and statutory rights violated by public-sector union officials.
  • Senior Litigation Counsel direct case strategy and the work of the firm’s litigators in a collaborative and flexible office environment.
