Law Clerk or Associate - Commercial Real Estate and Condemnation The intern will perform workup for a condemnation hearing. Prepare expert witnesses and extensive trial exhibits and assist at hearing. Support commercial real estate transactions, due diligence, offers, negotiations. Work on city zoning and entitlement deeds. If there’s mutual agreement, a longer-term position involving commercial real estate (locating and identifying properties, negotiation, buying, and commercial leasing) attorney-fee collection, and federal tax laws is expected to be available. Should have a Law degree (associate) or 1+ year of law school experience (clerk). Legal research and writing skill is essential. Experience or courses in trial advocacy, commercial real estate law, or related is preferred.
