Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: JD Degree. Active membership and in good standing in any state Bar. 6+ years of legal experience. 3 + years in negotiating and drafting complex business transactions required. Business development experience in the life sciences strongly preferred. Life sciences research and development experience preferred. Sound conflict resolution skills and ability to work in collaborative, global environment.
