Corporate and Securities Paralegal
Responsibilities: Collaborate with Executives, Finance, People Operations, Legal Ninjas, and other global teams to anticipate, implement and/or address corporate governance and equity compensation matters. Anticipate, action and take ownership of U.S. and global corporate governance matters, such as international entity formation and compliance, regulatory filings, and board and shareholder actions. Assist in the global administration of Palantir’s equity program. Maintain corporate records of both our U.S. and non-U.S. entities and support various transactional matters, including interfacing with the Board of Directors. Serve as a point of contact to other parts of the business, answering questions about our various global entities, and helping other teams implement the roll-out of various Finance, Accounting, Banking, Immigration and Employment-related matters. Identify and implement improvements to current operations and workflows.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal in-house or at a law firm. Working experience with Shareworks or similar equity administration software. Knowledge of private company equity-related administration and legal concepts. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and experience improving and streamlining processes. Demonstrated ability to multitask, problem-solve, and complete complex projects under pressure.
