Duties

• Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
• Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
• Conduct due diligence and manage real estate closings
• Provide legal counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, and lease agreements
• Collaborate with clients on financing strategies for various real estate projects
• Advise clients on compliance with legal requirements related to real estate

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Strong transactional experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leases
• Familiarity with a variety of asset classes in real estate
• Experience with data centers or energy project development is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in good standing in the state of Texas or eligibility for admission
