Duties
- Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, from case preparation through trial.
- Develop and implement legal strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and solutions in a range of areas.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
- Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Maintain strong client relationships, offering clear communication and guidance throughout the litigation process.
- Handle probate litigation matters (preferred but not required).
- Collaborate across practice areas to ensure well-rounded, effective legal strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in litigation.
- Probate litigation experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
- Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Education
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active state bar membership in Massachusetts.
