Legal Assistant The candidate will work in the firm's Trust department. Position will include reviewing and organizing client files, drafting legal documents, preparing and preparation of forms, processing of deeds, titles, and letters of instruction, data-entry and other clerical tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of the Department and communicating with clients on a variety of customer service related issues. Should preferably have experience as a paralegal or legal assistant with client interaction and/or customer service experience. Proficiency with computers and a variety of software products is required.
