Conduct Risk Leader The candidate will report into the Policy and Program Governance Leader for Ethics Oversight, and will manage a team of ABC Governance Consultants in overseeing this program for the company. Will be responsible for ensuring execution and ongoing management of a risk-based ABC governance program across the enterprise. Will work with senior leadership, business ABC managers and risk and compliance management across the company to identify, formulate and implement risk policies, procedures and controls for the respective business/corporate functions. Manages the development and governance of procedures, controls, analytics and trend analysis to ensure proactive identification, prevention execution, detection for Anti-Bribery and Corruption. Manages the use of internal and external data, including ensuring a coordinated response to publicly available information. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and criminal statutes such as the FCPA and UK Bribery Act. Maintains an awareness of financial crimes activity across the enterprise and provides subject matter expertise to business projects and ABC initiatives. Manages relationships and fosters a team orientation with business heads, legal, audit and multiple US and/or non-US regulators. Represents the businesses in the external community, including senior regulators/auditors and law enforcement. Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: conduct risk, compliance, operational risk management audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk. Should have 10+ years of business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination there of 5+ years of management experience. Must have 5+ years of experience with Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws and regulations. Financial services industry experience is preferred. A Juris Doctor (JD) Degree is preferred. A BS/BA degree or higher is preferred. Must have in depth knowledge of Foreign Corruption Practices Act (FCPA) and U.K. Bribery Act (UKBA) and familiarity with processes and requirements at a large, complex, and globally-diverse financial institution. Must have experience implementing effective risk management programs at financial organizations. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with senior management as well as business and risk subject matter experts. Should have CAMS, CFE, CPA, CFCS, or other AML/financial crime-related certification. Close Date: 01/23/2019
