Content Enablement Manager The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Business Integration, the Content Enablement Manager has overall responsibility for collaborating with the client on building a mutually agreed plan for developing a content strategy consisting of content definition, selection of information to manage risk and delivery of specific and targeted information within the client organization. Will validate content availability and have the responsibility for delivering content to the client associated with research platforms and data feed platform, meeting the related deliverables with the client. Manage or contribute to the successful and timely delivery of multi-faceted projects. Align with requirements defined in statements of work and can range in complexity and scale, and require collaboration with a variety of business and technology areas. Provide professional content services associated with content delivery to clients, tracking and managing client activity leading to product and services revenue. Leads content discussions with external clients, providing Subject Matter Expertise on content related matters and best practices, driving content requirements, defining criteria and management of the content contained within our compliance platforms. Facilitate both internal and client facing content requirement interchanges and meetings coordinating content related project tasks with product, content, GTM and tech teams. Works with sales and client to gather content requirements and perform gap analysis for pre-sales, SOW's and RFPs. Act as a key liaison between content operations, content technology and client to ensure that content is delivered according to requirements. Participate in estimating and scoping Statement of Work development. Analyze and investigate issues as they arise for post delivery management and ultimate transition to customer support. Participate in or lead cross-functional meetings in order to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery. Help develop and manage to detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans. Ensure content related project milestones and deliverables are met, and issues and risks are communicated.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should preferably have JD degree from an ABA accredited law school and passed the Bar. Demonstrable understanding of one or more industry standard project delivery and management methodologies (PMP desirable). Should have strong consultative approach with hands-on experience in an implementation scenario. Regulatory, research or compliance experience of 2 years or more in any compliance industry is preferred. GRC domain expertise is a plus. Strong analytic, problems solving and organizational skills along with the use of Microsoft Project and Visio, and the Office suite of tools (including Excel, PowerPoint) is needed. Ability to understand structured and unstructured content and how this can be used effectively to deliver to customer requirements is desired. Technical experience working with software solutions is a plus. Ability to understand and interpret fundamental workings and trends within a target industry is helpful Project management and influencing skills is an asset. International Experience is preferred.
