Corporate Paralegal The candidate should have Corporate experience or a graduating senior with a stellar academic record. This is an opportunity for someone that is interested in getting hands-on experience in a law firm. Ideal for a junior paralegal interested in making this a career goal or grads who plan to attend law school. As a Corporate paralegal, will work directly with attorneys and clients during closings and corporate transactions; have responsibility for ongoing assignments with specific clients and attorneys; and assist attorneys with preparing corporate documents. The responsibilities of this position requires a 4 year college degree. The ideal candidate will be someone that exhibits leadership skills with a detail-oriented mindset; ability to adapt to new situations and work well in a team environment with a helpful attitude; the ability to maintain confidential information, exercise good judgment, and follow-through on assigned tasks.
