Detroit office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level corporate / mergers and acquisitions associate attorney with 4-8 years of experience. The candidate will work on US and international transactions with firm's lawyers in the office as well as various other offices. Extensive M&A/transactional experience in addition to general corporate and contract counseling experience is required. Should preferably have sophisticated document drafting skill, a desire to train and mentor younger associates, and the ability to manage transactions and complex projects and act as either a first or second chair on M&A transactions. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the state in which admitted to practice. Timely admission to the Michigan Bar will be a condition of employment.
