Attorney II - Generalist The candidate will manage active involvement in the Company’s M&A program, including the coordination of legal due diligence, negotiation of agreements and closing of transactions. Will review and drafting of agreements ranging from joint venture agreements to distributor agreements. Coordination of litigation defense and management of outside counsel. Involvement in global compliance initiatives. Other duties as assigned. JD Degree required from accredited Law School is needed. Should have 8-10 years corporate legal experience. Admission in good standing to the NJ State Bar is required. International business experience are preferred. Proven ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as part of a team is needed. Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, MS Office, etc.) is essential.
