Specialist, Licensing and GTF Contracts The candidate will be responsible for oversight, negotiations and portfolio management of contracts in Aftermarket Supply Chain supporting Licensing, OCE and Account Management groups. Will need to demonstrate they can create value through drafting and negotiating strong contracts as well as be able to balance multiple priorities within a fast paced team. Key responsibilities include: Drafting and negotiating contracts for Licensing and GTF suppliers; Create strong templates for key contract areas where required and be able to maintain standard work; Maintain contract portfolio pipeline and create/maintain key KPIs on all contracts; Understand business requirements for Licensing and, creating sandbox for negotiations, and ensuring key goals are met; Achieve highest levels of quality and internal/external customer service levels to drive stakeholder satisfaction through delivery on commitments with a proactive approach. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Licensing.
Qualification and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree required. An Advanced degree (MBA/JD) preferred. 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain is required within a manufacturing environment. Aerospace aftermarket and MRO experience strongly preferred. Ideal candidate will have Aerospace experience, strong contract drafting skills, highly adaptable attitude, and ability to navigate complex situations with strong communication skills. Requires strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills and should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner to executive levels within the organization. Must have ability to facilitate and manage change effectively as well as experience in reporting on key business metrics. Should have demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with clear prioritization and organization.
