Case Manager and Intake Specialist

Dynamic Orange County criminal defense and personal injury law firm is seeking a compassionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) case manager and intake specialist to join our team.


  • Answer calls and online inquiries from potential clients.
  • Assess whether law firm can assist client.
  • Obtain information needed for lawyer to provide quote for client, quote and followup as needed.
  • Answer client questions.
  • Provide compassionate and professional service to clients.
  • Request and obtain required legal documents.
  • Collaborate and assist attorneys as needed.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay from $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Min Salary/Max Salary: $41,600 to $62,400 Annually

  • Health insurance, 401k (Waiting period may apply).

Work Location

  • Primarily remote work from home, with some work in Newport Beach office.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working for criminal or personal injury law firm.

Other Skills

  • Ability to gather and complete information from clients in a telephone interview or in person interview.
  • Ability to respond to potential client(s) in a calm, empathetic and professional manner while courteously directing the conversation to the pertinent issues.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a case management, and other software programs.
  • Ability to think logically and follow written and oral instructions carefully.
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful in high stress situations.
  • Ability to respect confidentiality and obtain confidential information from potential client(s) for services in a trustworthy and professional manner both in person and by phone.
