Duties

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in family law or matrimonial law.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients.
• Adaptability and keen attention to detail.
• Prior trial experience is required.
• A portable book of business is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the state of New York.
