Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Solid undergraduate and law school academic credentials. Should have Juris Doctorate. Should have 3 to 5 years of relevant law firm experience. Significant employment litigation experience with substantial responsibility in leading a variety of employment issues to conclusion, including employee disputes, dispute resolution (litigation, mediation, ADR) and internal investigations is needed. Should have ability to travel domestically as needed, perhaps as much as 10-15% of time in some periods. In-house or law firm experience required. Excellent knowledge of employment laws and civil litigation practice is needed, Excellent analytical and advocacy skills; excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills; the ability to drive execution in a team environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills in all interactions with senior management, corporate departments and all levels of employees is needed. Should have strong business insight and the ability to understand the company’s business and the ability to anticipate the nature and magnitude of issues that could impact the company.
