Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
The Candidate will be responsible for issuing employment contracts, Perform, onboarding documents including scheduling drug & background checks. Conduct company-wide onboarding of new employees, including company introduction, onboarding through our payroll system, and ensuring a Great First Day by following orientation process. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met. Liaise and help with other departments or functions including (payroll, benefits etc.). Assist supervisors in performance management procedures. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda. Coordinate training sessions and seminars as and when needed. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Closely attend employees, maintain good relations & assist in collection of employee feedback for the growth of the company. Support all other administrative and non-administrative functions as assigned. Should be able to prepare drafts, perform revisions, prepare detailed forms, documents, letters, exhibits, and other related materials as needed primarily for employment-based immigration processes. Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure, and meets attendance/punctuality requirements. Should have preparing FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, Express Mail and courier services. Make photocopies. Send faxes. Scan documents. Retrieve and/or return files. Able to use multi-line phone system

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have BS / MBA in Human Resource Administration (Preferred) with 2-3 years of experience in the below areas. Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative experience. Knowledge of human resources processes and practices Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems & related software. Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Experience and ability to work with ATS software. CIPD certification is an advantage. I T Consulting company experience preferred. Experience in filing employment taxes with different state agencies preferred Compressive knowledge or immigration work permit process including H1B, EAD, OPT EAD, STEM EAD, H4 EAD etc (Paralegal work experience preferred). Advanced skills in MS Excel - Excellent PC skills (including Windows, MS office, internet browsers and database applications). Outstanding written, verbal communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills. Good organizational and time management skills
