Attorney III The candidate will pursue recovery and damages from violators of applicable State laws and regulations, work with the Attorneys General Offices in preparing complex cases for trial; coordinate the investigation of the most sensitive and complex civil and criminal inland and marine oil spill/pollution cases; draft complex pleadings; conduct depositions; research and analyze legal principles and precedents associated with violation of pollution control laws, and civil and administrative orders; and represent the Department in the most intricate negotiations leading to settlement. Must have a Bar License.
