Profile

Paralegal - Litigation Candidate will be working with large volume of documents, including discovery requests and responses, trial preparation and enjoy working in a team environment. Must have an accredited paralegal program degree and have at 2-5 years of complex civil litigation. Insurance defense a plus. Should have experience with all phases of discovery, trial preparation, litigation databases, communication and time management skills and the ability to proofread. A self-motivated paralegal candidate who is detail oriented, has the ability to organize and manage files and multiple tasks across a number of case related matters. Highly-motivated to consistently produce work that is accurate, neat and thorough. Must pay close attention to detail, and possess outstanding proofreading skills. Must be able to schedule time effectively, prioritize work and administer conflicting deadlines. Must be able to effectively respond to change and be able to handle pressure. Must communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external audiences. Must be comfortable having direct contact with clients. Must possess ability to work as part of a team.
