Legal Assistant Candidate will have prior experience working in a law office. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience working in an office environment. Knowledge of legal case management system preferred, especially CaseAware. Must have strong computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook as well as general understanding of software systems to access and utilize client systems. Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate with attorneys, staff and clients. A sense of urgency and a meticulous attention to detail Ability to work independently and comfortably in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining constant focus on producing an excellent and accurate work product Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to maintain positive working relationships Ability to handle a large volume of cases. Must be punctual and reliable. Must have excellent computer skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. Must be a fast learner and willing to grow with company.
